I wanna dye my hair in dark purple and light purple, but can I only use bleach to get my hair in a lighter shader or can I use platinum blond hairdye?

You could use certain platinum blonde hair dyes, but from personal experience its very damaging and It didn't lift my hair as well as bleach. Either way I hope you get the colour you want! :)

Well first off, that photo is heavily photo shopped so you won't get that result.
But your hair is pretty dark and it looks like you dye your hair frequently so I'd go to a salon to get it bleached. It might take a lot to bleach through, a blonde dye probably would not be able to lighten it enough. I would go to a salon, a bleaching session is the easiest way to do it and that way you get even results and less damage.

For purple, do you like the blue based purples more? If so, manic panic ultra violet would be perfect. It's blue in some light and purple in others. It's very pretty.
This is it on my hair, both taken on the day I dyed it. One without flash in normal housing light, the other with flash in an unlit room. :)
