Any hair idea for medium long hair in gatsby style?

My hair is over shoulder and I have fringe but my fringe is in the awkward length, it cover my eyes but not long enough to keep it behind my ears, any hair idea for me?
And I bought a headband, do you think I should use it or shouldn't?

Yes. Why don't you do a heatband curling look? Wrap the hair around it and it would look better because if the gems!
