I am a fan of IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Undereye. I know it says undereye but I use it all over and it works great! It's liquid so it blends well with liquid foundation.

@Shianne, no it doesn't. at least on me. you need to set it with a powder tho, of course.

I like Estee Lauder Maximum Coverage Foundation used as a CONCEALER for the face & not under the eyes. It wears like iron, it covers like crazy and it has a thin texture.

For under the eyes, I swear by erase paste by benefit, for blemishes laura mercier secret camouflage, and for brightening I love the l'oreal lumi magique pen that highlights too!
