You can outline the line like the previous girls have posted, or you can also use tape to help you create the line by connecting it from the end of the brow to the outer corner.
some eyeshadow colours that would look good with your eye colour would be any brown or neutral shadow, blues, greens, golds/rose golds, purples.. champagne looks gorgeous with winged liner (:
