Hmmm...I'm not sure if you would have to go all out with bleach...but definitely strip the color first. Color Oops is pretty good as long as you strictly follow the directions.

I second the Color Oops. I used it when I colored my hair red then again when I went back to brown and it didn't damage much and worked well.

Bleach will just make it turn more green and you'll end up having it way too many times to get it brown. So avoid bleach if possible. I had teal colored hair before.
