Take prenatal vitamins. They will make your nails grow longer and stronger. Plus, they make your hair grow and make it shinier. Sally Hansen or Avon make the best nail treatments!

Finely chop up some garlic and throw it in a nail strengthener polish! Garlic is amazing for your nails! Just do a coat on your nails a few times a week or everyday if you want!
