A good Gel liner , and highlighter?? (: I prefer powder or cream highlight...good quality but affordable , thank you in advance.

I use L'oreal Paris 24 hr infallible gel liner :) I've heard good things about the maybelline & inglot one, too. not sure about any highlighters, though!

Drugstore would be Maybeline gel liner and the physician formula shimmer strips. As for high end, Inglot gel liner and Kevyn Aucoin candlelight powder. :)
