I recently purchased Poshé nail strengthening base coat. I apply it every other day and my nails no longer break and split! It is awesome and totally worth it!

Chop up garlic and put it in clear polish. Apply 2 coats a couple of times a week. This helps them grow and become thicker. I do this and its made a huge difference.
