I don't know if you mean high end or just a good straightener but I use revlon. I have really curly hair but its great.

I've used GHD's for the past 10 years and I love them. But they are expensive! There was so many good brands around now that you don't need to spend a fortune especially if your hair isn't too hard to tame. I don't know where you are but in the UK boots and argos do a lot and have used reviews which helps to pick a good one.

I have 4 not your mothers is my favorite GOD is good baby bliss is my other favorite especially if I'm curling and I have a cheapo for when I'm at work or traveling it works ok

Oh god depends on your hair type. I have really frizzy and dry hair so none of the babyliss have worked for me. However; my own GHD copy is TRESemme Salon Professional 2066U Ceramic Styler 230 Hair Straightener
TRESemme. It's only £27 in super drug and worth every penny.
