Has anyone had trouble with this company? I've ordered from them last Saturday and emailed them on Tuesday asking when they expected them to be shipped and they replied saying they'd be done Thursday, shipped Friday and it's Saturday, I emailed them asking about it & they haven't replied all day.

I've only read positive reviews about this site so I'm not very worried right now but I'm kind of nervous since these are the first extensions I've bought online.

Well I mean they're supposed to send a email so I can track my package & they haven't yet.

My extensions are from this company. The shipping did take longer then I would have liked, but that was due to the horrible weather. I personally love my extensions tho. I got the 28' in 240 grams in bright red. Mine rarely red at all and are so soft and long. They do thin out at the bottoms however, but I trimmed them a little so the bottoms would be thicker.
