A little almond oil should do the trick. Hot oil treatment once a week too. :)

I second the oils. coconut oil treatments on my girls hair has been amazing!! also, I add a tiny tiny bit of regular conditioner while its wet... leave it in all day and it's been awesome. they're swimmers...so yeah.. Lol.
