Hey ladies!! So I'm wondering what you would recommend for a sephora interview. Clothes & makeup. I was thinking just basic makeup, a clean fresh look, but at the same time I thought it might be important to do a totally full face with contour, highlight, and eye makeup with definition and layering? Something that shows I play around with makeup and know how to apply it?
What do you ladies think? Minimalistic and fresh, or totally do it up?

Hmm I think you should do it up for sure.. Nothing too extreme but definitely bold. Maybe a cat eye and bold lip? GOOD LUCK!! :)

When I got hired I wore a cute blouse and dressed up in a black and white skirt suit. Got the job that same day. I wore red lipstick and a simple smokey eye with winged liner. My hair was long then so I wore it loose with big soft curls.

Definitely wear black but show pops of color & don't be sure to enhance natural beauty! that's the best confidence to wear & they don't need you to prove your artistry, they really care more for personality and love for clients!!
