What's the difference between your spring and winter makeup? Mine basically stays the same all year long except for my face makeup which I usually switch for something lighter.

I like using lighter/brighter lip colors in the spring opposed to darker in the winter

My foundation/bb creme gets lighter in the spring and darker in the winter, but that aside everything stays the same. My makeup changes by the day so I have no set rules for myself.

My foundation shade usually changes and I wear a lot more bright colors in summer.

I worry a bit more about oil in warmer weather and in the summer I don't wear as much.

Foundation color changes but that depends on what type I'm using. The most important change is my moisturizer.

I don't use shimmery highlighters in the summer. Everything I use is matte because it can get a little overwhelmig and it just melts of my face anyway.

I wear a lot of darker lip shades in fall and winter and brighter shades in spring and summer. I will also switch up blush colors and eye shadow becomes more colorful for me.

Blush and lipstick. I go darker in the fall/winter and lighter (more pinks and peaches) in spring/summer. same with my blush though I may still use a pink blush during winter I tend to gravitate towards more Rosy colors. then I switch to Peach/coral colors in the spring. As far as eye looks, I'm a neutral girl so nothing really changes.

I really don't follow any rules when it comes to colors in lipstick/blush/eye makeup. Switch up shades in foundations and texture because living in FL I cannot go out wearing a stick foundation in the dead heat of summer.

There is really no difference other than the color choice.
There is no winter/fall in Miami and I enjoy/miss both seasons so to get in the mood I avoid the sun, get pale, and wear darker vampy colors!

In winter I tend to be a little more on the dry side. So I definitely need a thicker moisturizer/foundation. In the spring I still moisturize, however I tend to only wear bb creams or tinted moisturizers with little or no powder. Eye make up and brows stay the same all year long tho 😊

You don't have to
Change but a lot if people use thicker, full coverage things in the winter because if the cold and a lot of people break out during that time. And in the summer it's hot and you don't really feel like having a really thick and heavy foundation on. So mine basically goes like this in the winter: I wear primer, foundation, powder, blush (usually powder), sometimes eyebrow, eyeshadow (usually powder), eyeliner, mascara, lipstick
And in the summer: I wear tinted moisturizer or a light foundation, powder sometimes, cream blush or bronzer, cream shadow, mascara and sometimes eyeliner, and tinted lip balm and gloss. It just depends on what kind of person you are. Hope this helps 😉

Sometimes it has to do with climate too, I live in Chicago which we have extremely cold winters and nice fall and spring,
Then really got summers so the climate changes often. If you live in an area where it is hot or cold year round it might be the same but because if where I live it changes depending on the weather

I just add more glitter.
