I am going to Florida (been before) for spring for about a week! Any recommendations on how to keep my skin hydrated because I am going to do lots of swimming- and I am wondering if anyone knows good shorts as well... And a good conditioner to keep my hair hydrated as well...? 😂 anyone know a good drink to have to stay hydrated other than water, which I will have plenty of!! Thanks.

American eagle has really comfortable shorts, St. Ives I've found is a really good moisturizer, and for conditioner I usually use any brand that removes chlorine (for swimming pools) or that provides extra moisture for your hair.

I agree lots of sunscreen and Gatorade will keep you hydrated because I am in sports and they encourage us to drink a lot of it because of how much we sweat.

Same question I have. I'm going to south carolina at the beach for spring break with my dads side of the family and my family. we're doing tons of swimming too and I'm afraid that might make my skin dry and my hair full of flakes.

Any recommendations on how to keep my skin hydrated because I am going to do lots of swimming-
Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize. As long as you maintain your skins upkeep it should not be a problem. Definitely wear lots of SPF to protect your skin. It's very humid here too so humectants like Aloe Vera can definitely be used.
and I am wondering if anyone knows good shorts as well...
If you are shorts shopping in Florida then 99.9% of stores will have shorts. It's all we wear here, lol. I recommend wearing dresses as well, they are very comfortable and much cooler than shorts. I do recommend bringing a pair of sneakers just in case it does tend to randomly rain here.
And a good conditioner to keep my hair hydrated as well...?
Do lots of leave in conditioners
