I need perfume but it gives me bad headaches from the smell
Are there any perfumes that are not so pungent

Bath and body works has nice smelling body sprays that aren't too pungent.

Just do a couple sprays :) use a vanilla scented one and spray it on your shirt a couple times.

I use heat by Beyoncé and I find it's not an over powering smell. I hate over powering perfumes! I too get headaches or end up having bad sneezes throughout the day if the perfume is to strong.

Try Nirvana Black by Elizabeth and James, it's very subtle, and especially if you use a rollerball then you can really control how much you put on so it doesn't smell overpowering to you.

Make sure to spray and then walk into your perfume if you get headaches. This makes it spread evenly and not get clumped up in one area. Also Vera Wang Princess is nice and subtle but still smells SO good!

Philosophy's Amazing Grace, Pure Grace or Baby Grace. You can get them in Body sprays perfume, lotion or shower gel. You can get them at Sephora. These scents are the favorites of school teachers and caregivers because they are clean smelling and less offensive than most scents. My fav is AMAZING GRACE.
