Start with an a small heel so you can get use to thm gradualy go up and evenually you be in stilletos:)

Neither have I... They're really not worth the pain imo. Try wedges or kitten heels to start out with.

Wedges. I wouldn't recommend kitten heels for your first heels just because they're so small you might forget you have a heel and stomp down too hard and end up twisting your ankle.

Wedges are a great intro to heels! Kitten heels wouldn't be too bad if you have enough support around the ankles/sides of your feet.
