I didn't like it. It made my face have a zombie gray tint to it for hours.

Maybelline bb creams are good. Pink is for dry skin and blue is for normal/oily/combinated skin.

I don't really like american bb creams that much. The only exception would be the garnier one for oily/combo skin. Asian bb creams are more beneficial for your skin but have less color variety. To match the bb cream, apply it on your lower jaw line, blend it in to your neck, walk outside and see if it looks completely natural.

@Pravini, 13 is a good age to start wearing little things like bb cream :) I don't have a good recommendation for one of those, however I can recommend making your own tinted moisturizer. take some of your regular face lotion/moisturizer, and mix it with a little foundation/concealer (I use Revlon Colorstay). I have dry skin with acne and I find this give me a pretty okay coverage while still looking natural (which I assume is what you want). :)

I started wearing makeup in the 6th grade and I really wish I would have started out with something like a bb cream but I agree a tinted moisturizer would be best unless you have oily skin but just remember to wash it off before bed and never sleep with your makeup on

@Nathalie... Get ready for a rant, sorry, haha. I strongly believe that you should decide when and how much makeup you should NOT based on exterior age, but rather, maturity. Also, a lot of thirteen year olds (and younger) have acne, which personally took a big toll on my self confidence, and wearing makeup helped quite a bit.

Don't listen to those who say you are to young. I tried this bb cream once or twice and it was okay not spectacular and the colors tend to be off. I would check out actual foundations and skip American bb creams in general they tend to be glorified tinted moisturizers. Also what's your skin type and undertone?

Nathalie you tell me that a thirteen year old girl can not wear makeup because of her age and I'll tell you that when I was 9 I was bullied about my acne and looks to the point where I was suicidal and I will now forever have scars on my wrist and legs along with emotional scars and mental issues. Tell me that me wearing makeup didn't help me create a shield to help me realize that they can't call me ugly only my makeup. She didn't ask for you to criticize her choice to wear makeup, she asked about if a BB cream is good or not and if it isn't what do you recommend. Now if you want to share your opinion start a new discussion. Pravini sorry for arguing on your topic, again I said a foundation would work for you, I suggest revlon colorstay or loreal true match. Your skin won't be ruined as some say as long as you wash it off every night.

I think Pravini coming hear to ask questions and to learn (and learn "properly" for lack of a better term), shows some maturity. Members of this community are all different ages, come from different countries and have had different upbringings. As a mother, I'd want my child to venture into the world of makeup with some basics, rather than going off with no help and end up being made fun of for looking clown-like or something. That's my two cents. Pravini, start with a good skin care routine and proceed at your pace (as long as your parents are okay with it). I've not heard lots of people raving over that particular BB cream. The drugstore ones that seem to get the best reviews have been Garnier, Lumene and I can't remember the third.
Wish I could give you my personal experience with that particular product.

So, let's get back to Privini's question and offer experiences with that particular product or recommend alternatives. And suggest a good skincare routine with product recommendations that would work for her.
Privini, the more info you share about your skin and what you're trying to achieve will help other members to give you more specific recommendations. There are many members here who are pros, licensed aestheticians, etc. who can give you really good advice! And a lot of members who have had similar experiences as you and can share what worked for them, hopefully thinning down your trial & error process.
