The problem is I stripped my hair and it turned blonde so I decided to dye my hair blue.I got tired of the color fading so I dyed it black. I can't stand the black.how do I get my hair to a light brown or possibly putting highlights?

Stripping it or bleaching with level 30, and keep shampooing your hair to try and strip thr colour, there's no other way unfortunately :( goodluck!
