I want a mascara that is really good at holding a curl? Any suggestions I don't care if it's high end or not.

I would recommend anything that is waterproof
For me I feel it holds better then regular washable mascara

Go for mascara with a curled wand that is going to curl your lashes. Or you can apply a clear mascara before your actual mascara that works really well.
