You can distress them with sandpaper. Not sure about the ombré.

I agree with lynzie about the sandpaper and you can ombré them with a bucket of water a fabric coloring. Bethany mota has a video on ombré shorts, so if you watch that on YouTube you will be able to do that to your overalls! :)

Oh okay! thank you. I thought maybe I could dilute them with bleach and water for an hour let them sit get a spray bottle and spray the bottom part so they are completely white.

You can get the dye, put it in a bowl and dip the legs of the overalls in. Keep them in there for a bit, then take them out. Put the back in, with the legs in a bit higher up, and leave them for a little less time than the first. Keep doing this further and further up the legs, leaving them in for less time each time you do it. Voila, ombre overalls!!
