If she has the parents permission then yay. But it also depends on the way her navel is. Some people can't have their navels peirced.

Just a warning about belly rings if you take them out after a long period of time and decide you don't want one anymore it will ruin your belly button and make it look weird without one in.

Mine migrated out because I messed with it too much :P so if she gets one be careful n take good care of it otherwise it won't stay - also it helps if you have some belly fat so the piercing don't hurt as much ;)
