I use an old Sephora Professionals #29 brush. I know a lot of people prefer a Mac #217, though. As for eyeshadows, I like Urban Decay: I've used Blackout, Crave and Black Dog for the black before, and for the crease I've used Faint, Kat Von D's Glock and Dorian Grey, and for the highlight I almost always use Virgin or Kat Von D's South. I can name palettes if you'd like :)

I love using my Urban Decay Smoked palette. I use a flat shadow brush, and I apply Kinky as my highlight. I use freestyle under my brow bone. Then I use barlust, backdoor, and blackout, and just blend.
