Nostril piercing, I'm assuming thats what you want, isn't bad at all, and I have a pretty low pain tolerance. I've had two, the second one hurt a great deal more because it was pierced higher up, next to my first one, and it went through the thicker cartilage in my nose. The first one wasnt bad at all, the lady was super sweet, told me to count to three..on two she pushed the needle through, my left eye watered but that was it. And so worth it! My best advice would be to research a reputable piercer, shop around for price, and be very VERY vigilant in aftercare. And wait the recommended time to change your jewelry! I didn't wait on my second, it got infected badly and I had to let it close up:(

My tips are:
-GO TO A GOOD PIERCER. Cannot stress that enough
-use nothing besides sea salt spray (and a very gentle soap while in the shower) to clean it; absolutely NO peroxide/alcohol or anything similar
-do not touch the piercing unless you just washed your hands
-don't rotate the jewelry
-don't change the jewelry until the piercing is fully healed
And overall just be very gentle with it :)
