I'm going to dye my hair today but I was wondering after rinsing it out can I put in a deep conditioner or can I apply a mask to my hair?

Yes you can, afterwards. Conditioner coats the hair shaft and it can seal the color and replenish it.

Either one. Same thing. It's the shampooing and cleansing products that strip the color
