Honestly, it does NOT matter if you wear long or short dresses, what matters is that you feel like a princess for a day and feel beautiful! I have lots of classmates that wore short dresses to both dances. It really doesn't matter.

It's a lot more appropriate to wear a fun short dress to the Jr. prom. But for your senior prom, you go all out with the long elegant dress.  :)
