How to apply blush and bronzer with rosacea?

I was wondering if anyone knew how to apply blush and bronzer when you have rosacea. I don't wear foundation to cover it up so it looks weird if I wear blush or bronzer. Should I just put concealer over it or is there a different way to apply blush and bronzer above the rosacea part? Thanks!
