They're Docs! You can't get them looking like that, you have to wear them, break them in and scuff them all up until they look like that, but you can buy used ones that look like that:) I get mine from eBay, they're cheaper on there than from the actual shop. These are my ones, the red ones I've had them for 2 years and are incredibly scuffed up.

If you want already broken-in and scuffed up ones (like the ones you pictured), you can get them from eBay or Etsy:) I'm getting another pair of Docs and saw a bunch of used ones on eBay for really cheap. Don't think used ones won't last as long, my dad got a pair of Docs when he was 15, he's now 52 and still wears them! They last forever:)
