Oh my goodness help me please. So I took a bath cause I wasn't feeling well but didn't wash my hair or use anything. Just warm water and barely even got my hair wet not my scalp and neck and chest are itching like freaking crazy! I seriously want to cry and I look like I was attacked because my acrylic nails lol. Why is this happening do you think though!?

I don't know what could have caused it
..maybe just take a regular shower and see if that helps. If not, maybe take an allergy pill or use a good lotion

OMG this happened to me. I used hydrocortisone and took Benadryl and used oatmeal & Shea butter wash. It helped a lot.
