Hair growth rate is genetic, so I doubt it can make your hair grow faster. However, itll only grow to its full potential at its healthiest. But it's good that it doesn't contain sulfates.

I used this about two weeks ago. I didn't see any noticeable growth in my hair but it may be because I use a lot of heat & stuff like that. It smells great though.

I've been using it and I can actually see a difference in my hair. I think it helps.

As Hannah pointed out, hair growth is genetic so I'm thinking this will most likely work by keeping your hair healthy so it is able to grow at it's own rate unhindered by damage. But I don't think it's going to give you very dramatic results simply because nothing really can due to the biological facts that hair growth is determined by the body alone pretty much.
