Last time I went to the hairdressers, she told me I have quite bad breakage in the middle of my hair, and my hair is practically thinner on one half of my head than the other! I love my hair, and I'd hate for it to go downhill, how can I get it back into good condition?:(

Did you have it cut when she told you that you were having breakage? If not then that's your best option to get rid of it, cut off all the unhealthy bits. If you want to mask your hair into making it look healthier than a hair serum or oil will work but won't fix the damage.
