Twist it for like 45 minutes lol. With that type of applicator you have to twist it a lot before anything comes out.

I have that concealer lol I don't really like it. You just have to keep twisting it until it comes out. It looks new so the product might be all at the bottom. Or the concealer might have dried at the top and got stuck. You could take a needle and poke it through the tip. Or put the tube in warm water so that it makes the concealer easier to flow out. If that doesn't work you could take it back and ask for another one.

Its called "priming the pump", which means you have to twist it a couple dozen times when you first get it. Once it reaches the tip, you won't have to do it again.
