Is this acne?? What would you recommend to clear it up :)

I'd go see my GP or family doctor. In the meantime I'd wash my face with an acne cleanser and moisturizer.

Go see a dermatologist it looks like cystic acne. but in the meantime use an acne cleanser and moisturizer..
