Well I don't wear BB cream, so can't help you there :c
I would probably look into a matte foundation. they work really well for people with oily skin. my two favorites are:
- MUFE Matte Velvet
- NARS Sheer Matte
I would also invest in a really good primer, setting powder, & setting spray. they will keep your makeup looking fresh & in place for hours longer!

- Kat Von D Lock It Tattoo Foundation (full coverage)

I also suggest using a primer and setting powder or setting spray which will help your makeup from melting off.
