And which one do I use first?

I would start with a purple shampoo, they come in a lot of different brands, I would mix it with a bit of what ever hair mask you use, something deep conditioning, apply it to your hair and let it sit an hour or so.

Where can I get it and what brand?

Well I don't know where you live, but I don't live in America so I don't know what stores you have, but in what ever beauty supply store you will probably be able to get it. And as I said there are a lot of brands and I don't know what you can get where you live, I use a swiss o pair and I like it, I also like the Loreal professional silver shampoo, but I'm sure you can get other brands.

Will it leave my hair purple?

It can give some purple, but I probably won't in your hair cos it's not that light, it will work to remove some of the brassy yellow in your hair... if your afraid of the purple you can leave it for just half an hour and just do it a little more often.
