Hair growth depends on genetics & the health of you & your hair. there are no miracle products, just keeping you & your hair healthy. I can give you tips to make it healthy! oh & French braids won't make your hair grow, do not take biotin unless you consult a doctor, & coconut oil is a great strengthening treatment :)

I would definitely try the inversion method. My sister tried it out and she grew 3 inches of hair in just over 2 weeks! Plenty of videos on YouTube of how to do it.

Maybe try Salfate free products, don't wash your hair everyday let your natural oils come out. Scalp massage. & if you dry shampoo use aveeno salfate free it's the best. Hope I helped, I'm on the road to getting long/thicker hair aswell.

I had an all length bob last year, I started drinking green tea with honey, brewing it myself, in December, along with eating right too of course. Try using an anti- dandruff shampoo twice a week. I went on YouTube and saw that was a help and it actually was! Now my hair is cut toward my face with bangs, and past my shoulders about an inch or two. Hopefully all the suggestions will help that you get just Keep Smiling! :)

It only grows 1/2 in a month or 6 inches a year on average. 😫 never enough IMO. Never cut it, never use heat and shampoo like 1-2x a wk. also vitamins definitely help.

It's taken me 5 years to get bra length hair. I quit using heat 2 years ago and see a huge improvement. I use my dryer maybe once a month.

Hair growth has a lot to do with your diet. Eating right and getting the correct vitamins is important for all aspects of health. Normally the first thing effected by a poor diet is hair. It either begins to fall out or not grow... Examine your diet and try to make some healthier changes. Obviously I don't know what you eat but even if you do eat healthy you might not be eating the correct vitamins or nutrients. If that's the case you could always invest in some vitamins also talk with your doctor! They may be able to help or see that there is another underlying problem...
Hope that helped!

Also! Be sure that you get your hair trimmed every 6 months or so! Trimming off split ends and things is also what helped hair grow longer! It's a myth that not cutting it makes it grow. Not getting a trim could actually end up damaging it more!

Make sure you don't have split ends, they stop the growth of hair.

Def get a trim if you have split ends. I don't use heat hardly or shampoo much. I do co wash a lot and rarely get splits.
