No it doesn't hehehe. It's such a funny method. Oils weight down hair so there is no need to hang upside for five minutes and you can promote blood circulation to the scalp just by brushing your hair or massaging your scalp.

Oils do help hair though so feel free to do hot oil treatments but there is no need to turn into a beauty bat 😜
