So lately I wanted to get a dumb bell piercing in my right ear. does anyone have any advise on what I should do to make sure it's a successful operation :)

Make sure your piercer doesn't pierce it with a gun and that it's pierced with a needle, don't play with your new piercing with dirty hands and make sure you clean it twice a day with rock salt diluted in water or the solution your piercer gives you. :)
