I've never found a cream, lotion or potion to get rid of them. But, having had sever dark circles for years, I'm a pro at camouflage ;-) I wrote a blog post solely on this

The best I have found is using LUSHS's Feeling Younger tint with Tarte Creaseless concealer/or Maybellines Instant Age Rewind! And top it off with powder. I find that concealers that have peachy tones are more effective.
If theyre genetic like mine the best you can do is moisturize your eyes with a light cream or gel, healthy diet, sleep well, and lots of water!

Vitamin k is good for dark circles . Image skin care has a vit c eye cream with vitamin A in it!

Try The Bodyshops Vitamin C dual eyecream and roll on gel.Vitamin is great for dark circles.

I've heard the Mac concealer is amazin for covering dark circles but eye cream from the body shops Vietnam e or c line really helps!

Vitamin k! I used a gel version of it. Worked wonders in lightening them
