I want to know how to dress up and dress down black sweats!

Dress down: sweatshirt or hoodies and sneakers

Dress up: fitted shirt, denim jacket, boots

They're sweats lol you can't dress them up all that much, especially depending on the fit and style of the sweats

up: well you could always wear a really mod shirt and boots like nala said. if we're talking regular sweats I don't know, those harem ones can look really cool though

If it's loose bottom sweats you can.. small hill sandles or pretty flip flops.. with matching colorful tang-top with accessories to match.
