In my quest for noticeably dark, long and thick eyelashes I've tried all kinds of products and have come up with some questions along the way. I'm interested in your opinions.
On Mascara: Is it successful because of the brush or the formulation?
For me, I think it's more about the brush. With a few exceptions I don't have that much problem with the product formulation but get far better results with some brushes over others.
On Mascara Primer: Does it really help? What are the good ones?
I stumbled upon ITCosmetics mascara primer and most recently their waterproof version. I must say it's made a huge difference and the waterproof is even more awesome. The tiny brush gets into every little lash.
Finally, What is your best mascara tip?
I guess mine is to wipe off all the excess off the brush. Then, keep a brush you really like and use that after each coat use that brush to further define the lashes. A good curler is a worthy investment, too.
Thanks for your thoughts.

I love eyelash primer!! It's me best friend in the cosmetic world! And I totally agree about brush over formula!

I think formulation makes a bigger difference. For me at least.
