I did, but I loved the palettes so much I kept trying, and eventually found that the only way to use then was to pat translucent powder over the top, the spray with UD all nighter setting spray. :)

Wow. I never experienced that with any of my Naked palettes. I just apply an eye primer to avoid creasing on my oily lids.

I agree with you. I bought naked 2 and promptly returned it...they never looked quite right on my eyes, and all the colors didnt meld well together. Too shimmery, not great wear time. I have the same complaint of the ud 24/7 liners, too! Not a fan of naked, I'm liking the Pro palette a lot more.

Ben I felt that way... I picked up the Too Faced Chocolate bar palette...and I love it! We spend too much money on them for us have to set them, and spray em on top of priming!!

I just have the 3 and it's great to me. You may do more exciting looks than me but I love it for an ordinary everyday look. I'm a total pink girl so it's perfect for me. I do feel like the other nakeds are too plain for me. I'm just not a neutral person. I can see muddy if you are going for a really precise clean look. I bet your looks are too fancy😜I do a lot of color washes kinda plain. Just eat the cookie😸😸😘💋mmmmm cookies.

I was thinking of getting one of the other naked pallets for summer cause I'm totally feeling bronzy for the summer. but decided against it...

Ben my darling, you probably just pointed out the obvious to me. I have Ben struggling with my eyeshadow looks for a while and all I use is the Naked palette. The other say I used a MAC shadow finally and it was like a breath of fresh air. I thought it was just me or something I was doing wrong. Now I'm on the case, research time.

*ahem* Anyhow...I gave away my Naked 1 palette because of too much fallout, glitter and fading. I didn't know the smidge I know now, then. if I had tried to blend it probably would've been mud anyhow! lol.

I love the colors but I think there's a lot of fall out with the shimmery ones. I've only used Urban Decay shadows for years so I don't have much to compare it to though.

I've never had any problems with my naked pallets, I apply primer first then the shadows and they blend well and stay put. The only issue I've had is with the naked 3 some of the shadows aren't as pigmented as I would havd liked but I still enjoy it.

I TOTALLY agree! I do, however, like (not love) the matte shades in the 3rd palette. I tend to dislike shimmery shades and bronzes and the combination of both automatically look muddy to me. I do like taupe colors, but I do not like the shimmer in the naked 2 taupe range. If there was less shimmer and more variety between the colors in the palettes, I think I would like them more, but each color is just so similar to one another (which is probably what is to blame for "muddy" looks). But yes, I agree that most looks I have seen with the Naked palettes appear muddy and undesirable to me as well.

Since Miss J even has fallout complaints, I don't feel so horrible and a total eyeshadow dunce. I really loved the colors tho.
