IKR. It's good when I leave the house for school for about 5 mins. Then bam it's a bird's nest e_e.

The only time my messy bun comes out perfect after I've worn my hair down and straightened all day. lol but if I try it for the day time... nooope lol

All you have to do is make a bun and then tease it with either your fingers or a brush.

I have long layers and fine in texture but thick. I can only do a messy bun when I curled my hair the day before. I use a teasing brush and smooth out the top.
