There's a possibility that it may. Or it will lift normally. Just be sure to feather the bleach into the blond so it will give it that true ombré effect. Also, I would get a toner to correct any unwanted tones after bleaching.

I agree with Ali, be very careful when you're applying the bleach to the pink as it'll more than likely take the colour out and bleach the pink parts but if you use a brush and feather it down into the pink it should make more of an ombré effect. :$
