I got mines on Instagram. Seriously thousands of people sell them. The issue is trying to find the best price lol I got sent one to review from @marlilistore then I purchased one from another company @kansas_secret (and she did a price match for me) so I'd say just search the #waisttrain or #waisttraining but you can probably communicate with the sellers to get them cheaper if you ask ( they run about $45-$55 on average)

Girl me too. I got her to let me buy it for $30 though she sells them for $55 on her website. And I love it.

How would I know my size I want to buy one tomorrow and do you have any websites you recommend?

Waist trainers work like a corset...training your waist by cinching it. It's dated back for centuries. If you want to keep your curves, but desire a smaller waist, training is the way to go...although it certainly isn't for everyone. Not only do clothes "hang" better, but it's a step forward to physical alteration and doing research for such changes is an excellent idea. There are different varieties and quality is key to seeing change long term.

You take your measurements to determine size.

But I also have this one that I wear when I work out. It's not as constricting as the black one.

They're similar to corsets but a lot less scary lol.

@brianna it depends on where you buy it. They're based off of height and weight and sometimes waist circumference. I personally got one from a company on Instagram @marlilistore and one from @kansas_secret so those are the only companies I have any experience with.
