Hey Girls,
I have small bumps in my upper legs, I believe they are ingrown hairs. I exfoliate my legs twice or three days a week. I rarely shave my upper leg area since the hair doesn't grow as fast as the hair in the lower area. I don't know how to treat this problem. Do you guys have an idea of how to get rid of this bumps? :(
Thank You

I'm thinking your describing keratosis pilaris its a very commen skin condition. best way to treat it is to use a glycolic based lotion. this exfolates without the irratation of manual exfoliation. I have kp as well and using this type of lotion defiantly works

I get red bumps that resemble pimples/ingrown hairs, but are not either, right around my knees. The only thing I found that helped was applying an unscented lotion and then baby powder, then sleep in a pair of cotton pj pants. The bumps were 80% gone the next day and within a week cleared up completely. Hope it works for you too!
