Need Advice Choosing A Red Shade.

Hello all!
I'm looking for some input on what shade of red to dye my hair.

Considerations:
Must look natural/professional. I work in a super professional place and it would not be looked on favorably to have an unnatural hair color. I need something that will look complimentary, natural as possible, and professional.

I have dark dark brown hair. Almost black and very pale skin. I do freckle a bit and I never tan. Unfortunately I've never been able to determine my skin tone season as I seem to fit winter but I also look good in colors that would not suit a winter skintone. My veins look kinda green and kinda blue and I would lean towards gold but I can wear silver as well.

Anyway I'm wanting to make a noticable complimentary adjustment to my hair that still looks like it might be my natural color :p any suggestions?
