Tania, you can wear a shift dress. Choose a dress that doesn't have bold prints as it makes you look bigger. And avoid big horizontal stripes. Now what I do, as I am chubby too, I wear a nude pumps or sandals to elongate my legs. But avoid those big strappy sandals as it cuts the look of your legs. It'll draw attention to the straps instead of your legs. Also, accessorize the outfit. Like a statement jewelries or purses.
