It really depends on the type of job you are going for. But for most, look sophisticated and classy, not like your going to a house party or a concert. Make sure you are confident in what you are wearing, they can tell!

Depends really. Semi professional, I would say. Nothing too low cut or short in the hem, or too loud.
When I was job hunting, I usually wore a black dress that came to my knees with sleeves with black flats (which kills me cuz it's so boring 😬)

Most places, like grocery stores, restaurants, department stores, hire 16 years & older.

I would wear something simple, and a little conservative. Don't overdress and don't underdress. Try wearing jeans and nice boots with a cute silk or collared shirt.

Something simple, conservative and modest. I would wear a collared shirt, nice jeans or dress pants, a nice sweater/cardigan, and flats/wedges. You could also wear nice jeans/dress pants/a pencil skirt and a blouse. As for places that hire under eighteen, I'm not sure, but check coffee shops, restraunts, libraries, book stores, grocery stores, etc.
