I don't know why but my back has a few pimples on it. Are there any creams to heal them? I don't wanna sound gross but there's 1 big one that bothers me a lot when I sleep since it is on my back :( I'm in a lot of pain with it so any suggestions? I would appreciate it :)

I heard that body washes with salicylic acid in them will help with continuous use. I can't recommend any since I've never tried them. I sometimes have backne too but only along my shoulders cause of my hair. It helps to observe what kind of pimples they are and what might possibly be causing them (like my dirty hair)

I would go to the dermatologist, they'll probably give you a medicated body wash.

A body wash or just a regular face one with salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide as an overnight treatment, apply a thick layer, put a bandaid on it and done!

I have recently started having the same issue! Try the pink grapefruit body clear one from neutrogena. It's worked really well for me!
