I'd straighten it for that dress. what accessories do you want? I wouldn't wear a necklace or bracelet with it, personally because the sleeves are long & the neckline looks good alone with the mesh/see through part.

I'd straighten your hair and put it into a sleek ponytail. For jewellery I'd focus the attention on some nice dangly earrings and maybe a simple bracelet or rings. Since your dress is black I'd keep the jewellery gold!
